One thing I wanted to make sure I mentioned was the flight. It was the nicest flight I had ever been on...everyone was so nice and personable, and we watched a movie! Please tell who ever should be told that I was very impressed with the level of service we received on USA 3000 and you guys should be proud! Thank You again and keep those specials coming!

They are always there with a smile, helpful, and really do go far beyond the call of duty.
It is so refreshing, in this day and age to see such pleasant and warm assistance from your staff.

I wanted to thank you for our vacation to Punta Cana! I won the vacation a day give a way in November and traveled to Punta Cana in January with my family. It was a fun getaway. The weather was perfect, the beach was beautiful, staff at the Riu was friendly and the rum drinks were endless!

I was thrilled with the service received on the USA 3000 charter flights! The flights were definately the best I had ever been on! The flight crew and pilots were wonderful! The Secrets Excellence Resort was BEAUTIFUL! I really could not think of one thing to complain about at that resort!

From the great seats on the plane, to the drivers that picked us up, to the wonderful room/view/restaurants for seven luxurious nights, everything was perfect. The trip was FANTASTIC! Truly the best all inclusive that we've ever booked with Apple Vacations hands down. Everything, everything was perfect.
