One thing I wanted to make sure I mentioned was the flight. It was the nicest flight I had ever been on...everyone was so nice and personable, and we watched a movie! They are always there with a smile, helpful, and really do go far beyond the call of duty.
It is so refreshing, in this day and age to see such pleasant and warm assistance from your staff.

"I am writing to inform you of the experience my wife and I had on our Apple Vacation trip to Moon Palace in Cancun...for our fiftieth wedding anniversary. The first two days were great but then disaster hit - I had a heart attack and was rushed to the local hospital where I stayed for seven days. As soon as the Apple Representative, Miss Carmen Prieto, found out about my condition she was there to help in every way possible. She called to comfort my wife and also called and visited me in the hospital several times and arranged for my return home by having me picked up at the hospital on my release and taken to the airport, as well as making sure I was put on the plane. I can say that Apple Vacations is the only travel company I will use in the future and will tell all my contact of the outstanding treatment that I received. One last thing, I hope Miss Carmen Prieto receives all the recognition she deserves for her true professionalism."

"Dear Carol, I want to tell you about our wonderful experience at Secrets Excellence Punta Cana. Our ONLY complaint is that the trip was too short! It's easy to see why it is a "Preferred Hotel"...this property is equal to if not better than many other luxury resorts. Even the minimum room category exceeded expectations - from the well appointed decor to the Jacuzzi for two. The stocked bar and coffee pot are a wonderful touch, as is the 24hr room service and bathrobes. Nothing was overlooked. I will have no problem recommending and sending my clients to Secrets Excellence. Having experienced everything myself, I know they will be in good hands!"

Our vacation was wonderful and so is the Resort. The continental breakfast in the lobby very early and opening seaside for breakfast are great ideas and seem very well used. Room service was on time and hot. The entertainment was very good. The Spa was the best! I took a peek at one of the rooms readied for a bridal couple. Rose petals, champagne! Truly truly elegant! The tour of the kitchen and cooking classes are unique. I have never seen that at any other property. Usually this type of activity has been associated with cruising.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cross section of generations of your guests. More younger people than I expected. Thank you for allowing me to experience Secrets!

"We stayed (at Secrets Excellence) with you last year and had the time of our lives. Never have we seen such beauty, not only in the country but the people as well. We enjoyed our stay so much we just had to come back and we did! My husband emailed Mr. Guzman before we came to see if we could get the same or a room close to where we were last year. He did a great! job, putting us in room 4002....even better than last year's room 2002. Everyone at your establishment is so accommodating - I wish I could name every one of them! And especially Mr. Guzman, who we had the pleasure of meeting at the front desk, so we could thank him for everything he did for us. We will definitely be back next year, you can count on it! I do have to say one more thing, we didn't think last year when we were there that you could improve on such a perfect place, but somehow you found a way to do it. Keep up the good work."

We were totally unprepared for the actual beauty and the understated elegance of Sunscape Tulum. The food was superb. All dinners are a la carte and no reservations were necessary at this time. The ambiance, presentation and creativity of the dishes in all of the restaurants just blew us away. The rooms, grounds, bars, etc. were all immaculately clean. I simply cannot say enough about the staff. They exude a warmth, friendliness, pride of a job well done and genuiness that you would be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. The new General Manager (Rod Gahr) was available to answer questions, and hear your thoughts and comments. I don't believe I have ever even known who the GM was at any resort. His openess, friendliness and attention to the smallest details flows over to the general feeling at Sunscape, which flows to the staff and ends up with us. Looking for a party place - go somewhere else. Looking for one of the best vacations of your life. It doesn't get any better than this!

"I just wanted to let you know what a great trip my wife and I had to your Sunscape Resort in Tulum. The new aircraft were clean and spacious, the staff was professional and courteous. The in-flight movie was great too. The property reminded me of a quaint Mexican village...the exceptional staff set the mood of hospitality right away. The all inclusive format allows you to totally relax and not worry about the bar tab. The pool was great! The activities directors were a lot of fun and full of energy. The food and drinks reminded me of a cruise ship on land - presentation, quality, and service was exceptional. The value that Apple provides and the warm and friendly people you meet during your stay, make the decision to schedule your next trip as easy as figuring out who we can get next to watch the kids! This is our 9th Apple vacation and it feels like they only keep getting better and better. My wife said it best - this was our best vacation ever."
